The scanner was "useful and easy to use", Levy notes, emphasizing the importance of efficient lead management and the ability to take notes on discussions with each contact. “We knew that every single one we had scanned was a potential new lead and client.”
Stand out from the crowd:
Make your stand "bright and inviting", provide space for visitors, and avoid overwhelming them with staff. Be strategic with advertising and avoid attracting people for the wrong reasons, such as freebies. Focus on engaging the right audience!

Speaking of the power of brand awareness, Levy notes that it’s not just the opportunities with the end-user, but also exposure from advertising, with multiple options for digital screen placement throughout the show. “People were seeing our name as soon as they walked through the door”.
